The Puerto del Rosario City Council has inaugurated an innovative Municipal Self-Service Kiosk, the first of its kind in Fuerteventura, enabling residents to carry out procedures 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

This new outdoor terminal is strategically located on Virgen del Rosario Street, in the heart of the city, next to the capital's city council citizen service offices.
The implementation of this service represents a significant step forward in the modernization of local administration and the adoption of digital solutions for the benefit of citizens. Through this device, users can perform common procedures such as issuing residency certificates, travel certificates, as well as consulting and paying municipal bills, settlements, and debts. It also allows for printing duplicates, accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council and other administrations, and conducting tax inquiries.
Furthermore, the kiosk has been designed with various accessibility features, including a touchscreen, an electronic ID reader, a synthesized voice system, and a braille keyboard, ensuring a more comfortable and inclusive use for all citizens.

"We continue to bring administration closer to the citizens. We want to offer useful, fast, and available services at any time, making the daily lives of our neighbors easier."
