The first step for attendees is to download the ticket from the enabled online platform, using the DNI (National Identity Document) used for the initial registration as a validation code. Once the data is entered, the ticket will be received in PDF format via email.

The organization reminds attendees that, although digital, a printed paper ticket is mandatory for stadium entry and mobile display will not be valid. "We must be cautious, there are many of us, and we will have it printed on paper, yes," explained Enélida Hernández, coordinator of the Pope's visit in Gran Canaria.

The accreditation bracelet, essential for entry, can be collected at the ticket offices of the Gran Canaria Stadium from June 3rd to 6th, and also on June 8th, during morning and afternoon hours.

On the day of the mass, the gates of the Gran Canaria Stadium will open at 12:30 PM. Attendees must present their accreditation bracelet, identification document, and pass security checks. The bracelet will indicate each faithful's assigned zone.

The Holy Father's visit will involve a significant security and traffic operation across the island. The organization recommends using public transport or collective travel, arriving early, and checking traffic advisories. The General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) will implement special measures, including restrictions for heavy vehicles and dynamic road closures.
