The atmosphere in the Alcaravaneras neighborhood has been severely affected for months by the actions of a 44-year-old individual. Residents of Blasco Ibáñez street have filed multiple complaints since May, detailing incidents of threats, assaults, and vandalism to building entrances and vehicles.
One of the most alarming incidents occurred on the night of June 25th. The man, from the street, hurled insults and directed his aggression towards a building's entrance, striking it with a stick until the lower module was perforated. Neighbors remained inside until the individual left, later discovering the damage.
Another incident was reported on August 18th. The same individual struck the windows and door of a residence, threatening the occupants with phrases like "come out" and "I'm going to kill you." After half an hour, he retreated, leaving behind a dislodged door and fractured windows, forcing the victim to cover the repair costs.

The latest altercation took place on Monday night, when the man emerged shirtless and carrying a katana, causing significant alarm among residents. The events have been reported to the National Police, who have forwarded the case to instruction court number 7 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The investigation is proceeding on the presumption of multiple counts of threats, injuries, and damages.
