CV Guaguas has launched its season ticket campaign for the upcoming season, aiming to increase its fan base. The club, which met its objectives in the 2025-26 season by winning the Superliga and competing in the Champions League, is counting on the support of its followers.
Io de Amo, one of the team's key figures, expressed his contentment in Gran Canaria, which he considers his home. "I have one more year on my contract and I am very happy," stated the player, who strongly recommends the club's season tickets.
The athlete emphasized that the season ticket prices are "very affordable" compared to other sports on the island, considering the low cost per match. "It's good entertainment, a great spectacle, and more people are coming," he assured, adding that the club is making a significant effort to enhance the fan experience.
Amo also positively assessed the four announced signings: Miki Fornés, Paquillo Fernández, Mikko Räsänen, and Xavier Folguera. "I think they are great additions," he noted, highlighting Folguera's experience and flashy play, and Räsänen's potential to bring "different things" to the team.
After an appendicitis operation last summer, Amo plans a more active summer, which will include attending a wedding in the Czech Republic, traveling to Puerto Rico for nearly three weeks, and spending time at home near Málaga, before returning to training in mid-August.
