Located in Valle Gran Rey, opposite one of La Gomera's most renowned spots, there is an establishment that has shaped the culinary history of the municipality. Known as Charco del Conde or Casa Cirio, this restaurant has been open for 42 years, becoming a true island classic.
Recently, food content creators visited the venue, sharing their positive experience with their followers. They highlighted the restaurant's privileged location, offering spectacular views of Charco del Conde from its terrace, an element that complements the culinary offerings.

The gastronomic proposal includes a variety of dishes, with a section dedicated to Indonesian cuisine, known as “Nico's kitchen.” Among the options tasted, they highlighted squid, homemade meatballs, beef sirloin with pepper sauce, and Indonesian-style pasta, noting that all dishes are served with french fries or wrinkled potatoes. Although the portions are not very abundant, the quality of the food was highly praised.
To conclude the experience, classic desserts such as baked milk and egg flan were chosen. The restaurant, located on Avenida Marítima Charco del Conde, boasts a 4.4-star rating on Google and has been awarded a Repsol Solete, making it a must-visit for those exploring La Gomera.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00. On Saturdays, service is limited to lunch, and on Sundays, the establishment remains closed for staff rest.
