The public company Visocan has initiated the tender process for the drafting of the project and construction management of a new protected housing building in San Sebastián de La Gomera, with a budget of 78,324 euros.

The project includes the construction of homes, garages, and storage rooms on a 735 square meter plot located on La Pista street. This tender, already published on the Public Sector Contracting Platform, covers a comprehensive technical assignment, from a preliminary detailed study to optimize plot planning to geotechnical analysis of the land and urbanization of the area.
This initiative is part of a collaboration agreement between the Cabildo de La Gomera and Visocan, aimed at promoting protected housing on the island. With this project, Visocan seeks to obtain the municipal license from the San Sebastián de La Gomera City Council and ensure the technical direction of the construction work.
The base tender budget amounts to 78,324 euros and sets a maximum period of 32 months, divided into three phases. The first two phases, lasting 45 and 130 days respectively, will be dedicated to drafting the basic and execution projects. The third phase, whose duration will depend on the building's construction time, will cover the technical direction of the work.
Companies interested in participating in this tender must submit their offers through the Public Sector Contracting Platform before April 27, 2026.
