Several classrooms at Los Geranios School in Arrecife, Lanzarote, were intentionally set on fire this Tuesday, with no personal injuries reported despite it being a school day.

The National Police has initiated an investigation to clarify the causes of a fire that impacted several classrooms at Los Geranios School, located in Arrecife, Lanzarote. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, a day when the educational center would typically be in operation.
Fortunately, no personal injuries have been reported, as there was no one inside the premises when the flames originated. This fact prevented more serious consequences, given the nature of the event.
Officers are actively working to identify the perpetrator or potential perpetrators of this act of vandalism, as well as to determine the exact circumstances that led to the fire. Personnel from the National Police, Local Police, and fire brigades from the Security Consortium attended the scene to manage the situation and gather evidence.
