This free service, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aims to increase the competitiveness of local companies by integrating technological solutions. The office supports businesses in their digitalization process, identifying improvement opportunities and defining a tailored roadmap.
Key services include a digital diagnosis study, which assesses each company's digital maturity and detects tools and processes that can be optimized. Following this analysis, the technical team advises businesses on the most suitable technological solutions for their activity, resolving queries and offering close support throughout the digital transformation.
In addition to individual support, the office regularly organizes awareness-raising and training sessions, both in-person and online. These events cover practical topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, e-commerce, process automation, and digital marketing.
Through this initiative, the Chamber of Commerce reaffirms its commitment to modernizing the business sector of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, enabling SMEs and self-employed individuals to face the challenges of the digital economy with greater confidence.
Companies and self-employed individuals interested in receiving advice or requesting a digitalization study can schedule an appointment with the Acelera Pyme Office via the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa website, by calling +34 928 82 41 61 (extension 2800), or by emailing mgarcia@camaralanzarote.org.
