The island of Lanzarote is preparing to host the U15 Spanish Badminton Championship, an event that will bring together nearly a hundred young national sports talents at the Municipal Pavilion of Teguise from November 27 to 29.

The competition, to be held at the sports facilities in Teguise, expects the presence of approximately one hundred players from all over Spain. This championship is crucial for participants, as it allows them to earn points for the national ranking in their category.
The tournament is limited to a maximum of 48 players in both male and female categories, who must be ranked among the top seventy national players. The doubles competition will accommodate a maximum of 20 pairs.
The organization, led by Auria Bádminton Club in collaboration with the Spanish Badminton Federation and the Canary Islands Badminton Federation, aims to provide a high-level experience for participants, building on the success of previous national competitions held in Lanzarote. The Government of the Canary Islands, the Island Council of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, the Teguise City Council, Turismo Lanzarote, the Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism of Lanzarote (CACT), CICAR, and The Smart Web Studio are supporting the event.
