A 50-year-old cyclist has suffered serious multiple injuries after a fall on Calle Rancho de Pascua Archinech, in Tinajo, Lanzarote, and has been transferred to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.

The incident occurred on October 1, 2026, around 5:37 PM, when the Canary Islands Government's Emergency and Safety Coordinating Center (CECOES) 112 received an alert about a cyclist's fall on the aforementioned road.
After classifying the call, CECOES transferred the information to the relevant services. The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) activated a medicalized ambulance and a basic life support ambulance. Healthcare personnel attended to the injured man at the scene, stabilized his serious multiple injuries, and transferred him to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
