During July and August, the initiative aimed to facilitate work-life balance for residents. The program was funded by the Ministry of Equality, the Secretariat of State for Equality and Against Gender Violence, in collaboration with the Government of the Canary Islands, the Federation of Canary Municipalities (FECAM), and the Puntallana City Council.
The program offered a wide range of activities, including sports such as water inflatables, visits to the municipal climbing wall and football field, local hiking trails, days at Los Cancajos beach, and a trip to Maroparque.
Children also engaged in creative workshops for painting and crafts, robotics, sign language, and baking. Additionally, they participated in educational activities under the 'Aprende Jugando' program and other learning initiatives.

Diana Hernández, Head of Education, highlighted the program's importance in supporting families and thanked the staff and monitors for their dedication, which was crucial for the success of the activities.

Mayor Víctor Guerra emphasized the value of these initiatives for children's free time and the ongoing need for local administrations to work on conciliation policies.
The City Council positively assessed the event due to high participation and diverse offerings, stressing the importance of programs that support families and provide educational and healthy leisure alternatives for children during the summer.
