The period for completing pre-registration will run from September 7th to 20th. This call for applications offers an opportunity for children, young people, and adults interested in music and the cultural roots of the islands.
The educational offering includes various disciplines adapted to different levels and ages. It features Music and Games for children aged 5 and above, and Music Theory, essential for progress in learning.
The academy also provides instrumental training in Woodwind (flute, clarinet, saxophone) and Brass (trumpet, trombone, horn, flugelhorn, euphonium, tuba) specialties, in addition to Percussion classes.
Complementing the program, classes related to Canarian folklore are offered, such as Folklore: dance and Folklore: strings, promoting the transmission of traditions among new generations.
The pre-registration process can be completed at the Information and Registration Office of the Puntallana City Council, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or via email addressed to [amigosmusicasanjuanpuntallana@gmail.com].
This initiative, promoted by the Puntallana City Council and the Cultural Association Friends of Music San Juan de Puntallana, reaffirms the commitment to bring musical education and folklore to the public, merging learning, culture, and participation.
