The acquisition includes 40 luminaires with LED technology, designed to increase energy efficiency and improve the quality of lighting on public roads. Additionally, 10 solar luminaires have been incorporated, which will allow for reinforced lighting in specific areas without the need for connection to the electrical grid, promoting autonomous and sustainable solutions.
In recent weeks, the council has also been working on replacing and repositioning burnt-out lamps in various parts of the municipality. Furthermore, new luminaires are being installed to address residents' requests, responding to community needs.
This initiative aligns with the Puntallana City Council's commitment to sustainability, seeking to reduce energy consumption and improve safety in public spaces. The focus on more efficient and environmentally friendly solutions is a fundamental pillar of this strategy.
With this action, the Puntallana City Council continues to advance in the modernization of its infrastructures, offering a more efficient, sustainable, and adapted lighting service to the current needs of its citizens.
