The objective of this initiative is the landscape regeneration of the municipality. Applications will be processed in strict order of submission until the available budget is exhausted. Submissions can be made physically at the General Registry of the Gáldar City Council or through the municipal electronic headquarters.
Individual homeowners in Gáldar, as well as legally constituted homeowner associations, are eligible for these grants. It is required that facades are not plastered and painted, or that they show deterioration justifying restoration. Applicants must habitually reside in the property receiving the aid and have not been beneficiaries of this subsidy in the previous four years.
The plan aims to provide financial support to residents for the maintenance and beautification of their homes, thereby improving the urban-landscape appearance of Gáldar. Interventions must comply with municipal urban planning regulations and adhere to aesthetic, economic, and efficiency criteria, covering the entire facade.
To complete the application, the form annexed to the call must be filled out. The City Council will directly obtain information regarding the applicants' tax and social security obligations from the Tax Agency and the Social Security, unless they expressly object.
