The municipality of Gáldar, through its Education Department led by Rita Cabrera, has organized the third edition this year of the Barrios Vivos project in the El Agujero area. This initiative will offer creative and leisure workshops, with a special focus on pottery and working with clay, designed for the enjoyment of the municipality's children and their families.
The event will take place this Saturday, September 5th, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. During these hours, El Agujero will transform into a meeting point aimed at fostering community building among residents. This stop in El Agujero is part of an annual journey that seeks to revitalize the different neighborhoods of Gáldar through child-centered activities.
The City Council is promoting this project as part of its annual Gáldar Educa program, with support from the Plan Corresponsables through FECAM. Barrios Vivos is defined as an educational, cultural, and family leisure proposal that brings play and art spaces to various areas of the municipality, in collaboration with Enfórmate. Future activities for this initiative in other parts of the municipality will be announced soon through the official website and social media of the Gáldar City Council.
