The Gáldar City Council, through its Education Department, is organizing the Barrios Vivos initiative this Saturday, September 12th, in Marmolejos, offering creative and leisure workshops for children and their families.

Marmolejos Square will transform this Saturday, September 12th, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, into a meeting point for community creation. The Barrios Vivos initiative, which aims to revitalize the different neighborhoods of the Gáldar municipality with child-centered activities, arrives in Marmolejos.
The workshops offered for this event will focus on screen printing and the creation of a neighborhood mural, designed for the enjoyment of the children of Gáldar along with their families.
This project, promoted by the City Council within the framework of the annual Gáldar Educa program and supported by the Plan Corresponsables through FECAM, is an educational, cultural, and family leisure proposal. Barrios Vivos brings play and art spaces to the different neighborhoods of the municipality with the collaboration of Enfórmate.
Future activities of this initiative in other parts of the municipality will be communicated soon through the Gáldar City Council's website and social media.
