The local government aims to gather concerns, proposals, and suggestions from residents in Barrial for the creation of the municipal Neighborhood Plan. The meeting, scheduled for 7:30 PM at the Amagro Neighborhood Association, is the twenty-second and second-to-last event in the process initiated by the governing body.
The session is part of the Gáldar City Council's efforts to foster a close dialogue between local administration and residents, to understand needs, priorities, and improvement suggestions. The call is open to all citizens of Barrial and nearby neighborhoods.
This format is designed to allow proposals to be submitted “first-hand,” serving as an active listening tool to guide municipal planning. The goal of these meetings is to build a foundation of proposals that will define action lines and priorities for the future Neighborhood Plan.
Initiatives raised during the assembly will be analyzed by municipal technical services and then presented to the relevant Neighborhood Council for evaluation. This council, coordinated by the Department of Citizen Participation, will study the potential incorporation of proposals into future municipal planning.
