The works, aimed at expanding and updating the existing sports facilities next to the La Mancha football field, have a base budget of 442,700 euros and an estimated execution period of seven months. Interested companies have until June 8th to submit their bids through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
The project details the construction of a new floor above the current building, which houses changing rooms and storage. This expansion will include new spaces for indoor gymnasium sports activities, with access via a lateral external staircase. The intervention will respect the surrounding aesthetic, featuring a four-sloped roof finished with flat tiles.
The new sports facility will be located next to the municipal football field of La Mancha, reaching a total built area of 346.93 square meters, combining the existing structure and the planned expansion.
