The Haría City Council has formalized the tender for the general cleaning and maintenance of its municipal facilities, with an annual investment of nearly 1.1 million euros until 2030.
The council has set up a tender divided into two lots to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of various municipal infrastructures. The initial contract has a duration of one year, with the possibility of up to three annual extensions, which would allow the contractual relationship to extend until the end of 2030.
The first lot, with a budget of 640,400 euros, covers the council headquarters, annex buildings, teleclubs, the Municipal Mortuary, Civil Protection facilities, cultural installations, and the Local Police barracks. For this lot, the contractor must have a minimum of 23 workers.
The second lot, with a budget of almost 445,700 euros, focuses on the public schools, sports facilities, and the municipal cemetery. This lot requires a staff of at least 16 professionals. Interested entities have until August 21 to submit their proposals, and the same entity can bid for both contracts.
