Club Pentarcos has officially launched the indoor archery season in Teguise, hosting the first event of the ATIRCA League. The competition took place at a distance of 18 meters in the facilities adjacent to the local shooting range.
Archers from the Lanzarote clubs La Flecha and Pentarcos participated, along with an athlete from Tenerife. The results obtained will be added to an autonomous database, allowing athletes to compete against representatives from other islands.
The sports entity boasts medalist archers who have frequently reached the Canary podium and have successfully competed in national-level tournaments.
Club Pentarcos, celebrating its first eight months of activity, faces this new stage with enthusiasm and the goal of promoting knowledge of this discipline. Its members highlight the work done to consolidate their facilities and promote archery in Teguise among all age groups.
