All detailed information and necessary forms are available on the electronic headquarters of the municipal portal sansebastiangomera.org. Applications can be submitted at the General Registry of the City Council, located at Plaza de Las Américas, nº4, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM, or electronically.
The deadlines for submitting applications vary by festivity: September 18, 2026, for the October Festivals; December 11, 2026, for shows and attractions during the Christmas Festivals, and December 18, 2026, for the New Year's Eve celebration. For the San Sebastián Patron Saint Festivals, the deadline is December 18, 2026; for Carnivals, January 14, 2027; for Canary Islands Day, May 20, 2027; and for San Juan, June 10, 2027.
The City Council informs that this application admission period may be modified or extended at the council's discretion, and only one application per modality will be accepted. The council has also detailed the process for granting tables for the 'Baile de Magos' (Dance of the Wizards), following the traditional Pilgrimage of the Patron Saint Festivals. Interested parties must submit a formal application to the General Registry Office.
The payment, amounting to 30.80 euros per table (seating ten chairs), must be made at the Municipal Collection Office, located at the Municipal Multi-purpose Building, C/ Profesor Armas Fernández number 28, by Wednesday, January 13, 2027, at 1:00 PM. This amount was set during an ordinary plenary session of the City Council held on January 13, 2024.
