The Ministry of Labor and Social Economy has established the regulatory bases for granting subsidies under the «TándEM Program in state public sector entities», a key initiative for youth employment.

This order aims to establish the regulatory framework for granting subsidies under the «TándEM Program in state public sector entities». This program is part of Investment 1, «Youth Employment», within Component 23 of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, approved by the Council of Ministers and the Council Implementing Decision of the European Union. Beneficiaries of these subsidies may include organs, bodies, and other entities of the state public sector, as defined in Article 2 of Law 47/2003, of November 26, General Budgetary Law, which promote projects within the TándEM Program.
