More than 250 young people gathered in San Bartolomé de Tirajana for the launch of Jóvenes Nacionalistas Canarios de Coalición Canaria (JNC), marking the beginning of a youth political project aimed at involving young people in public life.

The Chester room in Meloneras was the setting for a significant event for the youth of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, where the new executive committee of Jóvenes Nacionalistas Canarios de Coalición Canaria (JNC) was presented and the 'Youth Who Build' awards were celebrated. This event brought together over 250 participants, establishing itself as the starting point for a youth political initiative with the goal of fostering civic participation, highlighting local talent, and positioning the municipality as a youth benchmark in Gran Canaria.
The local secretary of Coalición Canaria in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Alejandro Marichal, hosted the day, which combined political aspects, social recognition, and interaction among young people. During his speech, Marichal emphasized the importance of youth involvement, stating that youth is not just the future, but the active present that shapes the municipality's tomorrow.

"When you decide to get involved, you stop having an opinion from the outside and start building from within. Youth is not the future, it is the present that decides and builds the future of this municipality."
