The political group Nueva Canarias has filed an appeal against the Mogán City Council plenary agreement regarding the request for an extraordinary extension of the Mogán Marina concession.

The party argues that the administrative file is incomplete, lacking a fundamental legal document: the deed dated September 21, 1984, which formalized the transfer of the concessionary position of the port facility.
The group stated that the interpretation of this specific document is at the heart of the current dispute. A request to pause the file during the plenary session to include the missing paperwork was rejected by the local government, which proceeded to vote on the matter.
