The San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council will host the SBT Entrepreneur Gala 2026 to recognize the work of entrepreneurs and entities contributing to the municipality's economic, social, and cultural progress.

The municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana is preparing to honor local entrepreneurial talent at the SBT Entrepreneur Gala 2026. This event, organized by the Presidency and Local Development departments, aims to highlight the creativity, innovation, and effort of those who drive the region's economy and sustainable development.

"The SBT Entrepreneur Awards Gala was created with the objective of valuing the effort, creativity, and innovation of those who, with their vision and perseverance, have transformed their ideas into successful projects, generating employment, boosting the local economy, and strengthening the business fabric of San Bartolomé de Tirajana."

Deputy Mayor, Elena Álamo Vega, emphasized that the gala goes beyond a simple awards ceremony, considering it a celebration of local talent and a showcase of inspiration for new generations. She underscored the fundamental role of entrepreneurship as a driver of progress for the municipality.
Among this edition's honorees are Sandra Jaurrieta Flores (Emerging Talent), Carlos V. Alonso Guerra (Sustainable Innovation), siblings Moneiba and César García Perera (Service Vocation), Ani Rivero Rodríguez (Commercial Trajectory), Fidel Rodríguez Rodríguez (Pride Spirit), Andrés Martínez Ayllón (Tourism Leisure Pioneer), the Personal Image Department of IES Faro de Maspalomas (Young Talent and Innovation), Juan Moreno Artiles from Playa El Boya bar (Gastronomic Legacy), Carmen Rodríguez Quintana (Soul of Commerce), and Princess Hotels & Resorts (Tourism Excellence).
The ceremony, scheduled for Thursday, April 16, at the Hotel Tabaiba Princess at 7:30 PM, will be hosted by Nacho Egea. It will feature musical performances by renowned timple player Germán López and singer Celia Jiménez, adding an artistic touch to the evening of recognition.
