Councilor Conchi Narváez has formally requested the complete file and an official review of the call for 13 Local Police officer positions in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, after receiving partial documentation.

The PSOE spokesperson in the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council, Conchi Narváez, has reiterated her request for full access to the complaint and administrative file related to the selection process for 13 Local Police officer positions. This request comes after the documentation provided was incomplete, with only the complaint letter being received, without the full process file.

"There is a clear lack of transparency and evident institutional misinformation."

Conchi Narváez · Councilor of San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council
Narváez explained that, despite having formally requested both a copy of the complaint and the complete administrative file, only the complaint letter, filed by Juan Manuel Pérez León, was provided. Given this situation, the councilor has insisted on the need to obtain the full documentation, requesting a photocopy for in-person collection or electronic delivery.
Furthermore, the former mayor highlighted the seriousness of the elements contained in the complaint filed by Pérez León. Therefore, and in addition to the request for the file, Narváez has formally requested the initiation and opening of an official review process. The objective is to clarify the reported facts, ensure the legality of the procedure, and guarantee the proper functioning of the local administration in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
