Music will be a highlight with the continuation of the ‘Conciertos de Sal’ series. On Saturday, August 8th, José Arbelo will perform at the Cultural Center of Las Galletas. On Thursday, August 13th, Jorge Glem, accompanied by Omar Acosta and Mario Capodicasa, will give a concert. Additionally, on Tuesday, August 11th, the Plaza de la Iglesia in Valle San Lorenzo will host Étnico, a concert by Benito Cabrera and José Manuel Ramos, renowned Canarian musicians.
The program also includes new sessions of ‘Miércoles de Cuentos 2026’ (Wednesdays of Stories 2026) with family activities in Cabo Blanco and Parque La Reina. For the youngest attendees, ‘BB Cuento’ is offered, an activity for families with babies aged 0 to 36 months, which will take place in Valle San Lorenzo and La Camella.
The agenda is rounded out with children's craft workshops, an introduction to Canarian folk dance, and the exhibition ‘Exhuberant’ by Valkarze at the Cultural Center of Las Galletas. Registration will also open for next academic year's cultural courses, which will commence in October and be held in various neighborhoods.
