The incident occurred around 7:59 AM when the Canary Islands Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 received the alert about the accident. Emergency resources were immediately activated.
Personnel from the Tenerife Fire Consortium, the Canary Islands Urgent Care Service (SUC), and Guardia Civil officers were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters led the rescue efforts, successfully extracting the woman from the fall area and transferring her to a medical point.
SUC medical staff, who had a medicalized ambulance and a basic life support ambulance, assessed the woman. She presented moderate prognosis trauma injuries and was transported by the medicalized ambulance to the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital for specialized care.
The Guardia Civil collaborated in the security and rescue operation set up on Los Rosales street, supporting the other emergency services.
