Georgina Rodríguez premieres as a presenter on Prime Video alongside Antonio Resines in the new season of 'LOL: Si te ríes, pierdes', a format returning after a four-year absence.

Model and businesswoman Georgina Rodríguez is taking a new step in her television career by taking on a presenting role in the third season of ‘LOL: Si te ríes, pierdes’, the Prime Video competition. This format returns to the platform after a four-year hiatus in Spain and will feature an unexpected hosting duo: Rodríguez and the popular actor Antonio Resines.
For Georgina, known for her docuseries ‘Soy Georgina’ on Netflix, this signing represents a change of pace. In ‘LOL’, her role will be to oversee the competition from the outside, interact with the participants, and ensure the show's main rule – not to laugh – is followed.
The show brings together several comedians and well-known personalities in the same space, where the objective is to make rivals laugh while maintaining a serious demeanor. Smiles or loss of control result in warnings and can lead to expulsion until only one winner remains.
Rodríguez and Resines take over from Silvia Abril and Carolina Iglesias, who hosted the second season. The first installment was hosted by Santiago Segura and Xavier Deltell. Prime Video is now betting on uniting an international figure from the fashion and social scene with one of Spain's most popular actors.
This return is part of the new content announced by Prime Video during its tenth-anniversary celebration in Spain, officially confirming the show's comeback and the addition of its new hosts.
