Vehicle accumulation in this natural area of Tenerife has reached critical levels, causing growing indignation among residents. The congestion, which is constant, hinders mobility in one of the island's most scenic areas.
Affected individuals point out that the absence of Canarian Police officers during scheduled shifts worsens the situation. This lack of surveillance, combined with daily saturation, has led various groups to consider resuming protests to demand an effective action plan.
The current discontent recalls the protest actions carried out last March, when residents blocked pedestrian crossings on the TF-12 to highlight the insecurity and delays they regularly face when traveling through the Cruz del Carmen area.
