The Official State Gazette has published the agreement opening the public information period for the declaration of the Masonic Temple of Santa Cruz de Tenerife as a Democratic Memory Site, a crucial step in its recognition.

This Wednesday, the Official State Gazette (BOE) disseminated the agreement initiating the public information process for the designation of the Masonic Temple of Santa Cruz de Tenerife as a Democratic Memory Site.
The General Directorate for the Promotion of Democratic Memory recalled that the procedure for this declaration began in January 2026, in accordance with the 2022 law, and was preventively registered in the Inventory of Democratic Memory Sites.
The file will be available for public consultation for a period of 20 days. During this time, any interested party may examine the documentation and submit any allegations deemed appropriate regarding this asset, as detailed in the agreement published in the BOE.
