The Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council has devised a traffic and security plan in collaboration with the Local Police, which will be activated if CD Tenerife achieves promotion after this Friday's match at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium.

This special operation foresees significant traffic modifications, mainly concentrated in the areas adjacent to the Cabildo de Tenerife, a usual celebration spot for the 'blanquiazul' fans. Given the expected large crowds, authorities strongly recommend using public transport.
The transport company Titsa has confirmed it will reinforce lines 906, 908, 935, and 936 on their last routes, should the situation require it. The central axis of the restrictions will be the Avenida Marítima, where a total closure of the section between Bouza alley and Imeldo Seris street is planned, although access to the Plaza de España parking will remain operational.
As a direct consequence of this measure, vehicles traveling from Francisco La Roche avenue will be mandatorily diverted towards the Vía Litoral tunnel. Likewise, traffic on the avenue section in front of numbers 1, 4, and 6 will be redirected to La Marina street. Villalba Hervás street will also undergo significant changes, with drivers being diverted towards La Marina and access to Avenida Marítima closed.
The underground parking at Plaza de España will maintain its entrance and exit from Alameda, as well as the exit towards Avenida Marítima, but access via the square will be disabled. The security plan also includes the closure of La Marina street in the sector located between General Gutiérrez and Villalba Hervás. Furthermore, at Plaza del Cabildo, the connection between Bravo Murillo and Marítima avenues will be prevented.
Bravo Murillo avenue will be affected in the section between Imeldo Seris street and Plaza del Cabildo. At this point, traffic will be diverted towards Imeldo Seris street and Avenida Marítima to prevent congestion in the celebration area. Finally, on General Gutiérrez street, the Local Police will cut off traffic between Plaza del Cabildo and Imeldo Seris, forcing vehicles from Dr. Allart street to divert towards Cruz Verde, San Francisco, and Villalba Hervás. This operation aims to ensure public safety and traffic flow in a scenario of massive mobilization towards the nerve center of the Tenerife capital.
