The incident occurred around 9:39 PM, when the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the collision on the road towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) assessed and assisted the two affected individuals: a 45-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman. Both sustained moderate injuries, with the woman being diagnosed with lower back pain.
After receiving initial care at the scene, the injured were transported by ambulance to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria for further evaluation and treatment.
