The incident occurred around 7:05 PM, when the 1-1-2 Emergency and Security Coordination Center alerted the San Miguel de Abona Fire Station, located in the south of Tenerife, about a woman falling into the pit of an ITV facility.

After an initial assessment at the scene, emergency personnel proceeded to immobilize the affected individual to ensure her safety before transferring her to the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), which took charge of her medical attention.

The rescue operation also involved officers from the Local Police and the Civil Guard, who coordinated efforts to secure the area and facilitate the work of the firefighters and medical personnel.
