The municipality of El Paso is preparing for its traditional 'Cena de Magos' (Feast of the Wizards) on September 4th, an evening that will merge local gastronomy with traditional Canarian music in Manuel Fermín Sosa Taño square.

The event, part of the festivities in honor of Nuestra Señora del Pino, will feature performances by La Cirila, Vitolo, Los Boinas, and the A. F. Volcán de San Juan. The celebration will commence at 8:30 PM in Manuel Fermín Sosa Taño square.
The mayor of El Paso, Eloy Martín, emphasized the event's significance in "valuing our traditions and creating spaces for participation." He highlighted the 'Cena de Magos' as a "heartfelt, participatory evening linked to our way of understanding the festivities."
Meanwhile, the Councilor for Culture and Festivities, Irinova Hernández, encouraged citizens to join the celebration "wearing traditional Canarian attire and with a desire to enjoy our folklore and the flavors of our land." The aim is for the square to be filled once again "with neighbors, families, and groups" to make this edition another occasion for shared enjoyment.
Reservations for tables will be open until September 2nd, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Bookings can be made by calling 686 565 001.
The City Council has reminded attendees that wearing traditional Canarian attire is essential for the event.
