The El Paso City Council has launched a new training program, named 'LIDERANDO-T', aimed at SMEs, self-employed individuals, and entrepreneurs in the municipality to enhance their leadership skills and competitiveness.

This initiative, coordinated by Borealis Training Group in collaboration with the 'El Paso Crece' Business Association, focuses on the development of personal leadership as a fundamental pillar for both social and professional success in the business environment.

"This program reinforces the City Council's commitment to the local business community, offering practical tools to face current challenges and advance in competitiveness."

Eloy Martín · Mayor of El Paso
The program, which offers free registration and limited places, adopts a hybrid format combining an online campus with live sessions and personalized visits from facilitators. The training covers key areas such as personal competence development, effective talent management, inspiring communication, adaptation to change, creativity, proactivity, and self-management, all with a practical approach applicable to daily business operations.

"We have opted for a hybrid format, with online sessions and in-person visits to businesses, to facilitate the participation of our entrepreneurs and business owners and promote work-life balance with their daily activities."

Teresa Hernández · Councillor for Commerce of El Paso
Borealis Training Group, a Canarian company specializing in skill development to improve results in small and medium-sized enterprises, contributes its extensive experience and human resources on the island of La Palma. This proximity ensures a vision adapted to the reality of the municipality's business fabric, which has allowed for the creation of relevant and coherent content for participants.
