The National Police has carried out the arrest of three individuals, one man and two women, as alleged perpetrators of three violent robbery and intimidation offenses that occurred in the central area of Puerto de la Cruz.

Investigations began in mid-March, following a report from a victim who stated she had been approached by several individuals. They forced her, under threat of a bladed weapon, to withdraw money from a nearby ATM. During the assault, the victim suffered a violent attack that required emergency medical attention.
Subsequently, two other complaints with identical characteristics were filed, where victims were forced to hand over money and personal belongings through violence and intimidation.

"The arrested individuals operated in the early hours of the morning and used similar methods in all their assaults."
