The Council establishes a ten-business-day period for citizen associations and residents to submit their proposals. The call is aimed at both entities registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities and residents registered in the municipal population register. All interested individuals and groups will have this period, starting from the day after the call's publication, to submit their duly valued neighborhood needs programs.
Proposals must be related to matters within municipal competence and include the identification of the applicant person or entity, a contact method for notifications, a description of the need to be addressed, the proposed action, the affected neighborhood or area, and an economic estimate including IGIC.
Citizen associations must submit their proposals exclusively through the municipal electronic headquarters. Residents can submit their proposals via the same channel, at the City Council's General Registry, or through any other legally provided procedure.
Once the deadline has passed, the Citizen Participation Council will be responsible for processing the received programs and ruling on their acceptance. Subsequently, the Treasury Department will evaluate the accepted proposals for their possible incorporation into the 2027 General Budget, taking into account budgetary availability, economic and social circumstances, and current regulations.
The bases and information related to this call can be consulted through the electronic headquarters and the municipal website.
