The Parque Romano in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has restored its catering service following the awarding of a new administrative concession for the kiosk located next to the children's playground.

The establishment, situated near the Alonso Quesada recreational area, has begun daily operations with opening hours from 10:00 to 13:00 and 16:30 to 20:30. The management team, currently consisting of three employees, plans to extend these hours in the future based on user demand.
The operating company has carried out a renovation of the premises, including new furniture and upgrades to the terrace area to ensure a functional environment. The menu features a variety of drinks, snacks, sandwiches, and artisanal products, with plans to introduce services for children's birthday parties.
This reopening is part of the municipal strategy to revitalize public spaces across the city. The concession was finalized last April for a five-year term, with an annual fee set at 20,400 euros.
