This year's edition will extend to three concert days, presenting what the organization describes as "the best lineup in its history." The event will feature the 30th-anniversary tour of M-Clan, the premiere of Laboratorio Sonora, a new professional showcase, and its connection with the Womex Las Palmas de Gran Canaria fair. Notably, over 70% of the artists are from the islands, including the ex aequo winners of the Sonora contest, Good Franco and Los Blody.
Additionally, the show Efecto Pasillo Sinfónico will debut, a collaboration between the Gran Canaria band Efecto Pasillo and the Maestro Valle University Orchestra. This charity concert will benefit Barrios Orquestados.
The program blends rock and pop genres with contemporary urban music trends, enhanced by a solidary symphonic finale. On Friday, October 16, the festival will open with Barry B, a benchmark in alternative pop-rock and urban music, and the Gran Canaria artist Juseph, established in reggaeton, trap, and dembow. Emerging urban artists like Daniela Garsal, Nacho LPZ, and Juli & Mckenzy will also perform, alongside Good Franco.
Saturday, October 17, will be headlined by the veteran national rock band M-Clan, as part of their 30th-anniversary tour. They will share the stage with Sanguijuelas del Guadiana from Extremadura, the British trio The Molotovs, and Los Blody, another revelation band from the Sonora contest.
On Sunday, October 18, the Efecto Pasillo Sinfónico concert will premiere with the Maestro Valle University Orchestra. This show will adapt the most emblematic songs of Efecto Pasillo into a symphonic format. The band has a close historical tie to the Sonora project. Proceeds from this closing concert will go to Barrios Orquestados.
All concerts at the Plaza de Santa Ana will offer free admission until full capacity is reached, except for the closing concert on Sunday, which will require a solidarity ticket.
