A woman gave birth on the street in Jinámar this Sunday, just 200 meters from the Health Center, as she was heading to the hospital with her family.

Labor advanced unexpectedly while the woman was en route to the Hospital Universitario Materno Infantil de Canarias, compelling her family, including the father and two grandmothers, to assist in the newborn's first moments on the public street.
The birth occurred around 12:45 PM, near José Arjona Umpiérrez street. Fortunately, both the mother and the newborn are reported to be in good health.
