The incident occurred around 5:15 AM. According to police reports, a woman requested assistance after witnessing a group of approximately ten individuals attacking her partner. The attackers fled the scene via Franchi Roca street following a warning from one of the participants.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying on the sidewalk, unconscious and suffering from severe facial and head injuries. Witnesses at the scene provided descriptions that helped initiate a search operation.

Shortly after, a patrol located a group of eight individuals on Luis Morote street matching the descriptions provided. Several of the youths had bloodstains on their clothing and lacerations on their legs. Following a formal identification by the witness, four of them were taken into custody.

The victim was rushed to the Doctor Negrín Hospital, where he remains hospitalized due to the severity of the injuries sustained during the attack.
