The award to the company EladioPink Inversiones, with a bid of 169,500 euros, was never finalized, and the procurement process is still listed as 'under evaluation' on the public platform.
This situation has led to the initiation of a contract nullity proceeding, a legal mechanism designed to legitimize expenses already incurred, which can often take between six and twelve months. Despite announcements from the City Council in April and May 2026 regarding prompt payment, the funds have yet to be transferred.
