Las Palmas de Gran Canaria welcomes spring with the inaugural Festival de las Flores (Flower Festival), set to take place on May 22nd and 23rd at the iconic Parque San Telmo.

The city introduces a new cultural and leisure initiative with the aim of becoming a recurring event in the Canary Islands. This debut edition features a more intimate format, designed as the beginning of a project with significant growth potential.
The festival will open its doors on Friday, May 22nd, at 5:00 PM, and on Saturday, May 23rd, starting at 11:00 AM. Throughout both days, attendees can explore a market area with stalls offering flowers, decorations, accessories, and spring-inspired products, alongside a gastronomic selection with food trucks and refreshing drinks.
Musical performances will provide a festive atmosphere. On Friday the 22nd, starting at 7:30 PM, Apolo GC and Los Lola will perform. On Saturday the 23rd, from the same time, it will be the turn of Omar & Johnny, followed by a tribute to El Canto del Loco and Hombres G at 9:00 PM.
The Festival de las Flores is launched with the goal of revitalizing the city, supporting local initiatives, and offering a new leisure space connected to nature, music, and creative commerce.
