A pizzeria with three decades of experience in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has developed an original gastronomic proposal, creating pizzas that represent the city's different neighborhoods with unconventional ingredient combinations.

The establishment, located in La Paterna, has transformed the map of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria into a pizza menu, where each recipe seeks to capture the essence of a specific neighborhood. This initiative, which now boasts 45 varieties, has generated significant interest among residents and visitors to the capital.
Among the creations, the pizza dedicated to the coastal neighborhood of Guanarteme stands out, made with cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, meat, fresh mushrooms, and onion. The selection of neighborhoods is often made through social media polls, allowing customers to actively participate in the menu's expansion.

"People think that one thing doesn't go with another, but then they try it and they like it."

the business owner
The current owner, who took over the business in 2022, has maintained the essence of the place, previously known as El Rebumbio, and has expanded the pizza offering from 18 to 45 options. His approach moves away from minimalist preparations, opting for abundant ingredients and bold mixtures.
Every Sunday, the owner dedicates time to experimenting with new combinations, which has led to creations such as the shredded meat pizza, which has become a customer favorite. The Escaleritas pizza, a vegetarian option with mushrooms, tomato, onion, zucchini, pineapple, and yogurt sauce, is also highly demanded and was a candidate for best pizza in 2025.
Although the restaurant remains a benchmark in La Paterna, its clientele has expanded, attracting people from other areas of the capital and even from the north and south of the island, who come to try these unique pizzas inspired by the capital's street map.
