The police intervention took place on the afternoon of Friday, August 21, on Américo Vespucio street. According to witness accounts reported by Telde Actualidad, the situation began when the Local Police stopped two young people riding together on a scooter.
Upon being intercepted, both minors abandoned the personal mobility device and fled on foot, attempting to evade the officers. One of them managed to escape, while the other was found hidden under a parked vehicle.
