Catalan defender Mika Mármol has concluded his time at UD Las Palmas after three seasons and will join Dutch club Feyenoord.

The 24-year-old footballer, originally from Terrassa and developed in the youth academies of Damm and FC Barcelona, will begin his career in Rotterdam. The Dutch club, considered the third most important in the country based on its trophy cabinet, will compete in the upcoming Champions League.
The contractual agreement between Mármol and Feyenoord extends until June 2030. The player, whose market value is estimated to be around 10 million euros according to Transfermarkt, arrived on the island from Andorra.
Interest in the defender was not exclusive to Feyenoord. Clubs such as Espanyol, Braga, Celta de Vigo, and Olympiakos had also shown interest in signing him. However, negotiations with the Dutch and Greek teams had recently gained prominence, particularly regarding salary conditions and prospects for European competition.
