UD Las Palmas has yet to present its season ticket campaign for the 2026-27 season, leading to doubts about fan response. Following relegation and elimination in promotion semi-finals, sporting results could impact the number of members, which stood at 23,000 last season and 25,000 the previous one.
Guacimara Sosa, president of the Federation of UD Las Palmas Supporters' Clubs, representing over 1,500 members, is optimistic. She believes fan loyalty will ensure the number of season ticket holders remains stable and hopes prices will not increase, estimating the cost per match to stay around seven euros.
However, this view contrasts with other fans. Gerardo Milán, an active supporter in the Grada Naciente of the Gran Canaria stadium, disagrees, predicting a decrease in season ticket holders and a price hike, citing it as "the club's trend".
From León, Hermógenes Celada, president of the La Bañeza supporters' club (founded in 2001 with 400 members), also anticipates a reduction in season ticket numbers due to the team's performance.
On the other hand, Agustín Pérez, who follows the Canarian team to all their matches, is more optimistic. He believes the number of fans will be maintained despite "frustration over recent performances," citing that 273 people are already organized for away travel for the upcoming campaign.
