The proposal includes fines of 5,000 euros and a 12-month prohibition from entering stadiums for these supporters. The incidents occurred on the morning of October 19, prior to a Segunda Federación match between the reserve team of UD Las Palmas and Real Sociedad Deportiva Alcalá.
According to information provided by the National Police Information Brigade in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the National Sports Office (OND), those involved are members of the groups known as Brigadas Alcalaínas and Ultra Naciente.
The confrontation, which took place approximately two hours before the match, involved the throwing of chairs, stones, bottles, flares, and other blunt objects, posing a significant risk to the safety of attendees.
The State Commission against Violence in Sport has classified these events as a serious infraction, falling under article 23.2.a) in relation to Art. 2.1.a) of Law 19/2007, dated July 11, which addresses violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports.
