The Local Government Board has validated the major building permit required for this project. The facilities, located on Josefina Mayor Street, will integrate a large space for filming alongside various technical and administrative areas for audiovisual production.
The building, which has two floors and all necessary urban services, must begin construction within a maximum period of two years, with a four-year limit for completion. The project complies with current regulations and the urban planning of Gran Canaria.
